Buddhist tradition and practice reveals that there is perfect light, love, health and well being waiting to be released.  Our light is just temporarily obscured by internal formations or knots. Our practice is to befriend these knots and then gently untie, melt, and release them.  In this experiential retreat, we will combine spiritual practice with tools and methdologies for untieing the knots of emotional suffering.

In this 3 day retreat, we will enjoy silent practices of sitting, walking, lying down, and eating.  We’ll explore methods to untie our knots and melt our blocks of suffering.  Let there be light!

Look for an informative flyer soon.  You may pre-register now by email to
